Leadership

Candace (Candy) Northern is the Owner and President, responsible for all business operations. Tracy Northern is the Production Manager, responsible for fabrication and installation services, as well as staff training. They work directly with clients to estimate, plan, and execute projects of all sizes. Together they ensure a safe and efficient work place, in-house or on-site.

Burnham and Northern Metal Fabricators was cofounded by Robert Burnham; his daughter, Candace Northern; and son in law, Leslie Northern. Over the years, this family owned and operated business has employed family members and other skilled workers in the greater-Coldwater community. Leslie is retired, but continues to provide his expertise as a consultant on many projects. Robert Burnham, who served in the US Marine Corps and was a veteran of WWII, passed away in 2014. He would be proud of the unique, specialty products and hard-working team which bears his name.
